For example, in Winnipeg, the Magic Mushroom Company is selling a variety of psilocybin-derived products, from 400-milligram Happy Bite Size chocolates to cherry-flavored microdose “nibblers.” The store is open to any adult who can present proof that they have a medical condition that can be treated with psychedelic drugs.

While the dispensary is not a licensed marijuana retailer, its owner says it has been working with police to ensure that the shop complies with the law. And, unlike some illegal dispensaries that have been raided by authorities, the Magic Mushroom Company has not been shut down.
